Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of reddlix.io, app.reddlix.io, and all services provided by Reddlix ("Reddlix," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Estonia, European Union. By creating an account or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. Contact: info@reddlix.io

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have the legal authority to bind the business on whose behalf you are acting. Our services are intended for business use only, not for individual consumer use.

Reddlix provides two service lines: SaaS Platform (app.reddlix.io): A suite of AI visibility tools available under subscription plans. Current plan options, features, and pricing are published at reddlix.io and within the platform. Reddlix reserves the right to modify plan features or pricing with reasonable prior notice to active subscribers. Expert Services: Professional AI visibility consulting, strategy, and implementation, available as one-time engagements or recurring subscriptions at custom pricing. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each Expert Services engagement are defined in a separate written agreement before work begins.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@reddlix.io if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share, transfer, or sublicense access to your account or the platform to any third party.

SaaS subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase), in advance, via our payment processor. Current pricing is published on our website. Expert Services fees are billed as specified in your individual written agreement. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies imposed by your jurisdiction. Invoices or charges unpaid after the due date may result in suspension of your account or services until payment is received.

SaaS subscriptions: You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting info@reddlix.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable, and no partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period. Upon cancellation, your account reverts to a free tier (if one is available) or is closed. Free trials: If a plan includes a free trial, your subscription converts automatically to a paid subscription at the then-current price at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial from your account settings to avoid any charge. Only one free trial per customer. Service availability: The SaaS platform is provided on an "as available" basis without a guaranteed uptime commitment. Temporary downtime, scheduled maintenance, force majeure, or changes made by third-party AI providers do not entitle you to a refund. A pro-rated refund applies only where we permanently cease to provide a paid feature to which you are actively subscribed. Expert Services fees: Non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover time, research, and resources already invested. Work is deemed to have commenced on the agreed start date or when we begin any research, audit, or deliverable, whichever occurs first. Any deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. Recurring Expert Services subscriptions follow the same cancellation terms as SaaS subscriptions, unless otherwise specified in writing. Refunds we grant: Where we agree to issue a refund, it will be made in the original currency and to the original payment method used for the charge. Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a charge you legitimately owe, we may suspend your account until the matter is resolved. Initiating a chargeback for validly incurred fees is a breach of these Terms. Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable mandatory law.

You agree not to: - Use the services for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purpose. - Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or extract our platform, software, or proprietary data. - Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the platform to third parties without our written consent. - Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its underlying infrastructure. - Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information. - Use the services to facilitate unfair competitive practices or market manipulation. - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or to another user's data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without prior notice.

The AI Visibility Scores, Sentiment Scores, Citation counts, and all related metrics produced by the platform are estimates derived from representative prompt samples and AI model responses at the time of each analysis. They are not exact measurements, certifications, or guarantees of how any AI model will respond in any other context, at any other time, or for any other audience. Reddlix does not own, operate, or control any third-party AI model or platform. Those models are updated independently by their respective providers and their outputs can change at any time without notice. Results depend on factors outside our control, including AI model updates, your industry, the competitive landscape, and the quality and authority of your existing online presence. Reddlix commits to methodological transparency and honest reporting but does not guarantee any specific outcome, ranking, visibility score, citation count, or business result from use of the platform or Expert Services.

Deliverables produced specifically for your engagement under Expert Services become your property upon full payment of all applicable fees. Reports, scan results, and data generated by the platform for your account are yours to use for your internal business purposes. The Reddlix platform, software, methodologies, algorithms, templates, designs, logos, and all other proprietary systems remain the exclusive intellectual property of Reddlix and are not transferred under any agreement. Content on reddlix.io (text, design, graphics, logos) may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission from Reddlix.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the engagement, including client data, pricing, strategies, and any materials designated as confidential. This obligation survives termination of the relationship for a period of two (2) years.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reddlix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the services will not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable EU or Estonian law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reddlix and its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your use of the services.

You may close your account at any time by contacting info@reddlix.io. Reddlix may suspend or terminate your account with notice if: - You breach these Terms and fail to remedy the breach within 7 days of written notice. - Your payment is overdue and not resolved after written notice. Reddlix may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if: - You engage in conduct that poses a security risk to the platform or other users. - We are required to do so by applicable law. Upon termination, your personal data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and applicable European Union law. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. For material changes that affect your rights or your ongoing subscription, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers in advance, for example by email or through the platform, before the changes take effect. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to a material change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

If you participate in any referral or affiliate program we may offer, the applicable commission, payout terms, and eligibility are those published or communicated to you at the time you join the program, and we may update them on a forward-looking basis. Commissions are earned only on payments actually received and retained by Reddlix. If a referred customer's payment is later refunded, reversed, charged back, or cancelled, any related commission is forfeited and may be deducted from future payouts or reclaimed. We may withhold or cancel commissions, and suspend or terminate program participation, in cases of fraud, self-referral, misleading promotion, or any breach of these Terms. Participation does not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship. You are solely responsible for any taxes due on amounts you receive.
